Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Original invoice, certificates (if any), and complimentary items must be returned along with the product.

  • The product will be eligible for return only after quality inspection by our team.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

  • Products showing signs of alteration or tampering

Jewellery-Specific Conditions

  • All jewellery weights and dimensions mentioned are approximate.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted processes and are not considered defects.

  • Making charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • GST charged is refundable only in case of a full order refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Jurisdiction

All disputes related to returns or refunds shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
